How to use custom labels for candidates?
You can now add custom tags to candidates to find them quickly in the future from your referral pipeline.
Under each candidate card, you will be able to add a custom tag by clicking on the + icon from the top=right corner as illustrated below.
Type in a custom label for your tag which you can use to uniquely identify these candidates with, in the future, preferably a keyword that resonates with under the scope of roles you hire for, and press Enter to save.
You may also build search queries and associate them with labels to find candidates who you’ve previously labelled.
