To precisely filter through your referral pool to find candidates with specific skills, previously worked at an organization or holds a particular job title, you may use a boolean query on the search bar within your Referrals or Leads page.
Intrro accepts your boolean input in any of the following formats:
KEYWORD 1 AND KEYWORD 2
KEYWORD 1 OR “KEYWORD 2
(KEYWORD ” AND KEYWORD 2) OR (KEYWORD 3)
(KEYWORD 1 OR KEYWORD 2) AND (KEYWORD 3)
(KEYWORD 1 OR “KEYWORD 2) AND (KEYWORD 3 OR KEYWORD 4)
(KEYWORD 1 AND KEYWORD 2) OR (KEYWORD 3 AND KEYWORD 4)
You’re not expected to use quotation marks when constructing boolean queries on Intrro. However, if you’d like to search for the exact phrase which may include spaces or punctuation marks or alternative spelling, it is recommended you enclose the phrase within double quotes like this: (“keyword_with_parameter”).
If you are combining two parameters into a search query, remember to use brackets to separate each of them like you see above with the operator AND/OR.
Important:
The operators : + and - and NOT are not supported by Intrro.
When using AND, or OR operators, you may or may not choose to write them in uppercase letters. Intrro will process the query correctly, regardless.
Intrro doesn’t support wildcard "*" searches.
Boolean search will work both on Referrals and Leads pages within the search bar and will not work within the Companies, Job Title, Employees, Labels and Diversity input fields.
