We started Intrro on the simple idea there is latent energy in an organization’s collective network data that can be unlocked. This led us to create an application that brings data-science to empower companies to make better hiring decisions. Our vision is to build an interoperable enterprise networking platform that leverages this data to deliver value, starting with referrals/ collaborative hiring.
We are a small team of creators and engineers. We are dreamers and problem solvers. We’re passionate about our craft from the first meta tag, down to the last pixel and we believe sweating the small stuff is what makes a beautiful product that delights our users right from the start. We have been focused on building a team, not just a product.
