We're excited to welcome Nodar Okroshiashvili to the team.

Nodar started out as a Data Scientist for Credo Bank and Liberty Bank, building the credit risk models & predicting daily demand for cash for ATM's! 

Most recently he’s been working Data Scientist Lead for Delivery Hero's Campaign Performance Squad via MaxinAI, focussing on creating time series anomaly detection models. 

What that means is he built similarity measures between the time series of different marketing campaigns; finding the best allocation for A/B testing and then estimated the causal effect of different marketing campaigns!

Other interesting projects include building an answering system to automate document processing workflows and building a CV-Job Description matching systems. He’ll be helping us create awesome Machine Learning & Natural Language Processing models along with Giorgi Beriani to delight recruiters with promising talent in their company network!

Nodar has a PhD in Computational Linguistics and is an Associate Professor at Business and Technology University, Tbilisi where he help students learn Data Analysis with Python.

Q: What are you excited about joining Intrro? 

A: The most exciting part of joining Intrro, along working with the talented and amazing people is the enthusiasm I saw in their eyes.

Q: What do you love most about working in Data Science? ‍

A: Doing data science is a lot of fun. Not a day is the same as the previous one, and there is a huge opportunity to breakthrough.

Q: What do you like to do outside of work?

‍
A: The things I do outside office is travelling and hiking. Pretty common stuff :D
