Before joining Intrro, Constantinos was a Wealth Management Associate at deVere Group.

Constantinos will be helping modern enterprises build the approach to talent that is company wide, delighting recruiting teams by turning employee referrals into a sourcing strategy.

What are you most excited about joining Intrro? 

I am mostly looking forward to working for a tech startup that seems to have a solid strategy to grow and provide value to the market. I understand that it will be a rigorous process to build our pipeline and bring on good quality clients but I feel confident that we will make the process as smooth as possible under Neel’s leadership.

What do you love most about working in sales? 

I love working in sales primarily because I can create my future exactly how I want it to be. I can work harder, I can work smarter and I will be rewarded for that. It also teaches me a lot of life lessons and has helped me tremendously in understanding people as well as understanding my own self better. Being able to connect with people directly, help solve problems and make a true impact on people while making money and improving my life and my family’s life is a dream case scenario for me.

What type of projects are you excited to work on at Intrro?

I am very much looking forward to learning how to sell our tech related solution and connecting with prospects in the tech world. The idea of being a major contributing factor to the growth of the company and taking it to the next level with regards to revenue generation and market value is something that excites me a lot. I have been working directly with sales towards individuals during the last few years so now I will be able to focus on businesses and providing solutions for long-term sustainability, employee referrals, increasing employee retention rates and long-term profitability.

What do you like to do outside of the office? 

Lift weights, eat steaks, learn sales, study human nature and spend as much quality time with my family as possible

Fun fact? 

I absolutely hate cold calling.
