When you receive an intrro request from your recruiting team, you will be able to find them on your My Referrals page, under the tab Intrro Requests.
It is important to clear out all your intrro requests as your recruiting team is eagerly waiting to see a potential future colleague who you may be able to introduce them to and they rely on your recommendation.
Step 1 - Input your contact’s email address.
To intrro a contact, first click on the Intrro button corresponding to their card.
You will then be asked if you have your contact’s personal email address at this stage. You can quickly input these details into Intrro if you already have this by clicking Yes.
But if not - you’ve got nothing to worry! The process won’t be interrupted even if you do not have this information.
Intrro automatically enriches publicly available data for your contacts so you can pick which email address to send to.
Step 2 - Forward an email template
You will then be able to choose your method of introduction. It’s important to know the difference between the 2 options you have.
Opt In (forwardable email template from the recruiter) - You can forward an editable template that the recruiting has created for you. Your contact can review this message that will be forwarded on the same thread, review the details and respond accordingly.
If your contact agrees, an automatic email will be sent using your sender ID to recruiting, connecting them both. If not, this contact will appear in your Outcomes tab, notifying you they declined.
