Changelog

Referral sourcing has now topped up a notch!
When you input a job title into the search field, Intrro will now intelligently fetch all the related titles you can include, to widen the scope and get you more referrals from employees.

You can simultaneously see how many referrals you can get with Referral Insights, when you input more job titles from the suggestions.
Creating a project on Intrro is an easy way to communicate with your employees who you’re looking for.
They can find more relevant candidates from their network and submit more referrals by using the filters you’ve saved within the project.
When employees submit their contact as a referral who is actively looking for a new role, they will now automatically be shipped to your ATS under the job they’ve been referred to.

You may filter your applicants by source and select “Referrals” to find them in your ATS under any job.
A clause is meant to be respected! Let’s keep it that way.
Employees can now adjust their contact book on Intrro by excluding contacts that work at organizations they have a non-compete agreement with.

They can navigate to Settings → Non-compete to input a list of companies they’re in agreement with and the duration of these agreements.
This action will temporarily hide any contacts who work with these companies regulating the referrals they can submit through Intrro to stay compliant to these agreements.
We get it - some roles are hard to fill.
Especially when you’re looking for candidates from diverse backgrounds with specific skill sets.
It’s necessary to encourage your employees one step further to make introductions for these roles and surely the referral bonus will reflect it too!

For instances like this, Intrro now supports assigning different referral bonuses to different roles pulled from your ATS.
Yep, it happens - your employees would occasionally not have the opportunity to connect you with each candidates you’ve requested an introduction to.
To keep you on track, Intrro has introduced an automation to revoke inactive requests on occasions where your employee or their contact doesn’t respond for a specific period of time.

You’re at the liberty to define the scope of revoking these referral requests to give you maximum flexibility in organizing your referral hiring through Intrro.
You can now track all your referral activities between a specific time frame to measure the success of your previous referral jam!
Navigate to Analytics and use the time window filter to input the date and see Intrro work its magic to present you with relevant metrics from your referral campaign.

Using the all new analytics module, you can track all of the below data points:
- Number of employees who signed up
- Number of employees who synced their LinkedIn contact book
- Number of referrals that were signalled
- Number of leads that were signalled
- Departments that signalled the most amount of referrals
- Breakdown of referral pipeline for each project

New
No more submitting referrals through Greenhouse, Lever or other ATS.
Employees can sync their contact book, mark contacts they can refer and submit active candidates who are ready to interview, which will then be surfaced back to recruiters as active referrals you can approve!

After marking a contact they can refer, employees can endorse active jobs from the ATS to the candidate signalling the hiring team that their contact is open to connecting.
Employees will then submit their contact’s email address for an automatic introduction to be made when the hiring team approves!

Hiring team can find all active referrals directly from their dashboard and approve the candidate, if they’re a suitable fit who could be progressed to the interview stage.

If the candidate is unsuitable for the roles you’re hiring for, the hiring team can decline the referral and submit a feedback for their employees.

When recruiters sign up to Intrro for the first time, they can now take a quick tour of all the workflows they’d be using as a recruiter and delegating to the employee, when they request a referral.
Click on Test Intrro from the onboarding checklist that appears on your Dashboard.

Each new recruiter can then take themselves through the workflows that occurs on Intrro, when they request a referral from an employee and even test how employees action on their referral requests all the way up to making an introduction to their contact.

During the process, recruiters are prompted to connect their own LinkedIn network, request a referral to a sample contact, and make the introduction by switching their role to an employee, to test how Intrro works and have a thorough understanding.
New
If you haven’t heard back from the employee or the candidate after requesting a referral request, you’re now able to clear out your active requests tab on Intrro by revoking them.

When you open a candidate profile under the Requested tab on your Referrals page, you can click Revoke request.
Intrro will then ask you to share any feedback as to why you’re closing the request or which will then be shared with your fellow recruiters and employees, under the candidate’s profile.
New
Intrro leaves no room for confusion among your recruiting team!
Getting started with setting up your referral program is now easy as step 1, 2 and 3.
- See how Intrro works by syncing your own LinkedIn network
- Invite your employee to sign up, sync their network and mark star candidates who they’re happy to introduce

- Candidates under who you're mentioned in a comment.

At the top, Intrro highlights the number of employees and candidates you’d need to follow up with, who are yet to either make introductions or respond to employee’s correspondence.
New
Finding the right candidates is ultimately what counts! Navigate to your Referrals page on Intrro and type in a boolean search query to get started.

If you’d want to combine specific job titles with location or skill sets, we recommend using the advanced filters that are available to you by clicking on Filters, from underneath the search bar.

Click on Apply filter and voila! You will then see introductions you can get to candidates who match your requirements precisely!
Improved
Communicating who you’re looking for is now simplified and more efficient than ever!
Simply save your search when you input your boolean query or using search filter from the prompt that appears.

Name them as how you’d want your employees to identify and interpret them. We highly encourage you to use the job titles you’re searching for and combine them with a specific location if you wish to.

Each saved search is shared with your employees to help them identify who from their wider network matches your specific requirements.

Employees can use them as filters to narrow down on their network and mark star contacts who they can introduce.

They’re also notified about these matches on email each week, to help hiring teams get more warm introductions to qualified candidates who fall under the scope of jobs you’re actively working on.
Improved
You can now add custom tags to candidates to find them quickly in the future from your referral pipeline.

Under each candidate card, you will be able to add a custom tag by clicking on the + icon as illustrated below.

Proceed to enter a name for your tag, preferably something easily memorable that you can resonate with under the scope of roles you hire for, and click Enter to save.
New
Means to make an introduction has now been diversified on Intrro.
Employees can now engage with their contacts by sharing a hyperlink that points to a specific landing page briefing them on the conversation you’ve had with your employee until then.
Here’s a preview of the landing page that candidates will see when an employee generates a link and forwards them on any desired channel of their choice.

To generate a link, employees can opt to introduce the candidate via the link Opt In: Share link method as you see below.

From here, they may proceed to clicking on the generate link button and share it directly with the candidate to take the process forward.

Candidates upon receiving the link can quickly catch up on the communication so far between you and the employee, input their email address and agree to connect!
New
Finding candidates you can get introduced to can be a breeze with new search filters that are accessible to you on both your Referrals and Leads page.

You may specify any particular parameter using a boolean string on the top search bar or use the filter options to narrow down on the list of candidates based on job title, company they are currently working at or previously worked with, location and even the employee they’re connected to.
Lastly, you’re also able to save your searches to revisit them anytime you want quickly, so you can continue to source for referrals from where you left off the last time.

Intrro will automatically notify you on email each time a new candidate is matched against your search parameter that you’ve previously saved.
So it is highly recommended you save your search to keep yourself on top of new candidates that your employees are happy to introduce you to, that match the requirements for jobs you’re working on.
New
Bringing all your employees onboard with your referral program is now as easy as turning on your morning alarm.
You just need to set a schedule and turn it on!
First, navigate to Invite Users, when you log in to Intrro.

You can then select the Onboarding Automation tab to get going from there.
So here’s what you should expect as you move forward:
- Set up the automation schedule
- Agree on the automated messages to be sent out
- Confirm the Slack channels to engage your employees on

When you’re ready to go, you can click Launch to proceed and Intrro will automatically start sending messages as configured according to the schedule.

New
So here’s the good news!
No longer do you need to connect your ATS to get started with setting up your employee referral program on Intrro.
You can dive straight in, create projects under the name of each active role you’re hiring for and let Intrro take care of the rest!

When you create a project, Intrro then automatically match each of your referred candidates submitted by your employees, against each project.
You will then have a systematic method to classify all your referrals into different roles you’re working on.

What’s more?
You can mark up to 5 projects as priority by clicking on the fire icon right next to the project name as seen below.

At this point, Intrro takes over again on behalf of you to automatically match candidates from your employee’s network who they haven’t yet referred, and prompts each employee to mark these matching candidates as an intrro or a lead to expand your referral pool.
New
You need new referrals each week, bi-weekly, monthly?
Just click the button, and Intrro will automatically notify your employees to mark candidates from their network who they can refer, that match the requirements for active jobs you’re working on.

By default, Intrro will automatically have these notifications turned on and set to be notifying employees each week.
You may customize these settings to schedule it bi-weekly or monthly and at specific hours, according to your preferences.
Under your Dashboard, you need to first create project and mark them as a priority before this automation to launch successfully.

Here is a sample notification that Intrro sends out on behalf of you prompting them to mark qualified candidates who they can introduce over email.
New
Employees take control of the intrro messages they forward!
When employees attend to a recruiter’s intrro request, they’re now able to modify the message forwarded to them, by picking jobs that best suit their contact’s expertise prior to sending the email.

In the interest of collecting more context from employees on the contacts they can introduce, Intrro also automatically prompts them to post a comment on each profile about which jobs are best suited for their contact.

Employees can select a job from the menu you see above and the comment input tab on the right-hand-side will be pre-filled with a template they can share with the recruiting team making collaborating on referrals a breeze!
New

New
When you receive an intrro in your inbox, you would no longer need to manually email the candidate to set up an appointment, we will do it for you!

Considering how important it is to be prompt in following up with an interested candidate who you’ve just been connected with, Intrro will automatically follow up with the candidate prompting them to pick a time slot on your calendar to have a chat.
Alternatively, you may also save the link to your calendar from the Integrations tab, under Profile Settings.
New
When you invite an employee to sign up on Intrro, the first step they need to complete is syncing their LinkedIn contact book using Intrro’s Chrome Extension.
This latest update will keep them on the page and automatically pull in their contacts in real time (!) whilst their information is being enriched and proximity calculations are being determined.
Employees will now be able to track the progress of this process of this real-time processing helping them mark contacts they can refer your recruiting team to, almost instantly!

New
We’ve developed reminders to help you prioritize your time.
When you receive an intrro, an automatic email is sent to the candidate prompting them to set up an interview on your calendar.

However, if no interview has been scheduled within 48 hours of receiving the intrro to a candidate, they will be surfaced back on your dashboard as a reminder to follow up with them, but also with the employee who introduced you.
New
You can be kept up to date about comments that your employees have left about referred candidates directly from your dashboard.

If the employee or recruiter has mentioned you specifically in the comment, these candidates will appear on your dashboard as a reminder.
You will also be notified on Slack and email to ensure you’re on top of your referral hiring and collaboration efforts with your team.
When you’ve attended to a candidate, you can click on the check-icon towards the end of the card on the right-hand-side to remove them from this list, on your dashboard.
New
Employee’s and recruiting teams can now easily collaborate with each other on recommended candidates by posting a comment on any candidate profile.

From your Referrals page, you will notice the comment function appears to the right-hand side of each candidate card.

You can use “@” to specifically mention a fellow recruiter or an employee in your comment, and they will be instantly notified on Slack.
New
You can now track all the historic activities under a candidate quickly from the Timeline tab, which appears under all candidate cards, when you click into any.

You’d be able to track the history of:
- Intrro requests and emails sent to the candidate
- Feedback from employee or candidate on intrro requests
- Employee activities on the candidate
Improved
On occasions where the employees connect with their contacts privately and discuss the timelines to consider new opportunities, they can quickly snooze the intrro request according to the feedback from their contact.

These will reappear automatically on the employee’s intrro requests tab on My Referrals page, when the time period has elapsed, in addition to an email notification notifying them about it.
New
You can now add your own link to Goodtime, Calendly or any other scheduling tools, enabling candidates to book a meeting directly when they agree to connect with you, after an employee forwards an intrro email.

Navigate to Profile Settings and click on Integrations to find this option on your recruiter profile.

Here’s how the candidate will see the hyperlink you configure here. When they click on the Book Interview button you see above, candidates will be redirected to your calendar page prompting them to book an available time slot.
New
We’ve now improved our speed of synchronization between your employee’s LinkedIn contact book and Intrro significantly, enabling them to import and enrich 1,000 connections in under 1 minute!

Employees will be notified on Slack as soon as this step is completed prompting them to mark star contacts who they’d recommend, at which stage recruiters can take over and start asking for introductions to them.
Improved
With an all new Analytics module on Intrro, recruiting teams can track usage and derive insights on who the most active recruiters are and who the most engaged employees are, with your referral program.
Briefly speaking - you’d now be able to track who has delivered high quality referrals which has led to most number of hires and filter them out within specific timeframes, helping recruiters determine who to ask for more intrros in the future.
Track most active recruiters and engaged employees:

From the top, you’ll see overall stats on:
- How many intrros are requested by recruiting teams within the timeframe selected
- How many emails are yet to be sent out by employees to get candidates to opt in
- How many candidates are yet to opt in
- How many intros has the recruiting team received during this timeframe
- How many candidates were hired during this timeframe
Click into referral stats to easily identify candidates:

Additionally, you can drill down by clicking into any of these stats and see who the candidates are, as you see above.
Toggling between the candidate view or the statistical view from the option on the right corner will enable you to better visualize your referral pipeline.
See your referral passthrough rates:

From here, you can compare your success ratio of intrros your recruiting team requests all the way down to how many hires you’ve made.
Improved
On My Contacts page, employees will now be able to see contacts who they’ve previously marked as stars to easily help them navigate without switching tabs, to track who they’ve submitted as a referral or leads during any prior sessions.
See contacts previously marked as starred:

They may also easily unstar any contact from the same menu you see above.
Improved
You can now set up your referral bonuses to be in USD, EUR or GBP and they will be surfaced on the employee-side on My Referrals page.

Save your search to reuse filters:

You may reuse the same search parameters quickly by saving them for future reference. Note that you’d be able to assign a unique name to your saved search to easily identify it.
New
You can now send limited, non-disruptive notifications when recruiting sends intrro requests to employees. Intrro will now wait for 30 minutes to aggregate all the candidates prior to sending a notification to your employees and share them all at once, rather than notifying separately about each, to avoid interrupting them multiple times during the day in correspondence to the recruiter’s activity.
Here is a sample of how the notification on email will look like.

It will also be followed up with a Slack notification which will be sent directly from the recruiter’s profile, provided they’ve enabled Slack Direct Messaging function on Intrro.

Bear in mind the Account Owner needs to install Intrro’s Slack App for recruiters within your Intrro Workspace to enable this feature. Here is how.
Improved
As a recruiter, you can now customize how often your employees are reminded to make introductions for the requests you’ve previously sent out to them.
You can find the option to modify this action under your Profile Settings page within the Slack Reminders tab.

As you see above, you may set the frequency of these messages to be:
- Daily (OR)
- Weekly
If you prefer to notify them during specific hours, you may pick the time slot accordingly and click on Save Changes.
These reminders will be sent out in your employee’s local time zone. And by default, Intrro will automatically set these notifications to be active everyday.
New
When a candidate agrees to connect with a recruiter, they will automatically receive an email from the employee introducing them to each other.

As a recruiter, you can now easily find these emails directly from Intrro by clicking on the “STATUS” tag on any of the candidate cards under Intrros Received tab.
It will open your Gmail inbox and automatically point you to the correct email to help you follow through on conversation straight away!
New
If a contact that your employee would like to introduce your recruiting team to doesn’t exist in their LinkedIn network, they may always upload the details manually to Intrro.
From their My Contacts page, employees now have an option to click on “Add New Contact” button and submit the details.

They can then choose to submit this contact as a lead or an intrro they’re able to introduce themselves to the recruiting team via email.
Improved
Intrro now has limited the scope of Leads to offer recruiting teams highly actionable candidates who their employees refer.
All leads are now by default, candidates you can reach out to directly and mention your employee’s name to prompt a higher response rate from candidates.

When you’re in touch with a candidate, you also have the option to manually mark any lead as Contacted and they will then be moved to the “In Progress” stage on Intrro.
If you’ve received an unfavorable response from the candidate, you can move them off your pipeline by marking them as “not interested”.

It may also occur to you that a candidate hasn't responded to you despite reaching out. In which case, you can mark them as “No response” and will be hidden from your Leads pipeline.

In the event of a favorable response from a candidate, you can push their information to your ATS by clicking into a candidate card and selecting “Sync to ATS” and they will be pushed as a candidate to the job you pick from the prompt that follows.
Improved
For each intrro the recruiting team has received, which are all automatically synced to the ATS, Intrro will automatically pull the current stage of their candidacy for each job.

This will appear on each candidate card on the bottom-corner, which you can hover over to track the details more on the tooltip that appears thereafter.
New
When you pull active jobs from your ATS, Intrro will now automatically extract all relevant keywords associated with the skills necessary for the role, from the job description.
It will then compare these requirements against each candidate who your employees have agreed to intrro and surfaces the most promising ones based on their profile summary and work description aggregated from LinkedIn, Github among other publicly available repositories.

On your To-Do list, you can use the filter on the right-hand-side to narrow down on candidates that are suitable for specific roles you’re working on and ask for intrros from your employees after you review their profiles.
New
You’re now able to enable a 2-way sync between Greenhouse and Intrro enabling you to:
- Import all your active jobs from your ATS
- Push referred candidates into Greenhouse and assign them to an active job
- Add leads to reach out to in the future, directly into your talent pipeline on Greenhouse
To enable the integration, all you need is a Harvest API key from Greenhouse, which you can generate from your Settings tab.

Copy and paste the API key into the prompt on Intrro, and click on Connect to proceed.
Remember - your API on Greenhouse will only be shown to you once, when newly generated. So please make sure you store it separately somewhere if you need to for any reference later.

If you’d like to change the API key at any point, feel free to navigate to the Company Settings page under which you will find the option labelled “Integrations”.
Find the full instructions on how to find your API Key on Greenhouse here.
New
All employees now have an alternative option to LinkedIn to acquire their contact’s email address.
Intrro will now scrape publicly available data from different resources like Stackoverflow and Github to search for email addresses for all their contacts automatically and surface them when an intrro is requested.

All employees will be prompted to disclose if they already have their contact’s email address and if they don’t - the alternate route is offered immediately.

A list will appear containing all the email address Intrro has found for their contact. Employees can pick the address they’d like to send the intrro email to, and proceed from here.
New
Your candidate review experience has just gotten better!
When you click into a candidate’s profile on Intrro, you will now have an elaborate view of their work history, education and their skills along with a list of employees you can get an intrro from.
You’d be able to track all the activity that has occurred on this candidate’s profile until now from here.

Also, all the social profiles of each candidate are listed on the right-hand-side with appropriate hyperlinks pointing to different platforms.
Improved
When you send an intrro request to your employee, you’re now able to customize the note you’re forwarding to them.
It is highly recommended that you add some additional content here about the role, your company and why you think the candidate would be suitable. Candidates may in some cases also be interested in finding out more about the employee benefits you offer or even the working culture.

The employee can then forward this note along with their message to the candidate, seeking their interest.
Improved
Signing up to Intrro is only authorized if you’re using a business email.
Intrro uses the domain under the account owner’s business email to authenticate any users working at the same organization to seamlessly sign up and join the appropriate team.
You may navigate to the Company Settings page to modify these permissions at any time.

You’d be able add more domains to automatically authorize anyone else working at your organization from a different business unit, division or location and owns an email hosted on a different domain from that of the account owner’s.
Remember to click on Update to save changes after you add or remove domains from this list.
New
As a recruiter or an account owner, you can now track all the high-level stats of your team’s onboarding status broken down by employees who are:
- Yet to sign up
- Already signed up, but haven’t synced their LinkedIn contact book
- Ready to make intrros
You can also monitor how many seats are remaining from the total allocated under your account.
From the search bar, you may look up anyone’s status, who you’ve already sent an invite to.
You may also use the filter to break down the users by their :
- Permissions you’ve assigned - recruiter / employee
- Status of their onboarding - if they’re yet to sign up, sync their LinkedIn contact book etc
If you’d wish to swap an existing user’s permission from employee to recruiter or vice-versa, you may do from the extended options on each participant’s card.

Whereas if you’d prefer to delete the user from your Intrro workspace, you are the liberty to do that, provided you’re happy to forego:
- Candidates imported from their network
- Pending introductions in process
- Intrros and prospects they’ve marked

Inviting participants - both employees and recruiters has also been made easier with 2 different routes you may opt for:
- Sending a unique joining link via email
- Sharing a common-access URL for everyone to sign up
New
We have now simplified the authentication when you first sign up to Intrro. You’d be able to use your work email address to come onboard.
Depending on your account, you’d be able to use one-click signup if you’re using Gmail, or set up a password for all other email providers.

Bear in mind you’re also able to sign in using the same email authorization you’ve used while signing up to Intrro.
New
With an easier sign up logic comes easier resetting logic.
You’re now able to assist yourself if you have forgotten the password to your Intrro account and can directly request instructions to reset it to your email.

On this page, please input the same email address you’ve used while signing up for us to locate your account correctly.
New
All employees will now be notified on email about intrro requests sent from recruiters.
They’re also automatically reminded if the request is not fulfilled within 24 hours, each day up to 2 days.

Each request will also contain the respective recruiter’s name and job title to help employees easily identify who to approach in case they have any concerns or questions about the candidate.
Improved
As a recruiter or account owner, you are now able to quickly swap into employee-mode, import your own LinkedIn contact book and test the complete workflow your employees will experience while using Intrro.

You will see this option labelled as “Switch To Employee” under the dropdown menu, when you click on your avatar on the top navigation bar.
Improved
You will now receive updates from your employees when they:
- Sync their LinkedIn contact book
- Mark referrals they can introduce you to, over email

We encourage you to keep track of your employees who you’ve invited to join Intrro, but haven’t yet synced their contact book and follow up with them personally.
You may read more about the employee sign up steps from here.
New
When employees import their network, Intrro start to evaluate who they are most likely to know and surface them on the top of their contact page, when asking to identify star employees from their network.
Here are 4 different tiers Intrro determines the strength of the relationship between your employee and their connection.
Based on their work history, it checks if the employee and their connection has:
- Worked at the same company
- Worked during the same month and year
- Worked at the same location
- Worked within the same department
Under education history, here are the parameters Intrro inspects against each history item:
- Studied at the same school
- Studied during the same month and year
Each criteria that has a positive match is assigned 1 point each.
Intrro evaluates these points for each item under their work and education history. It then aggregates a total score for each connection, ranking people with the highest score on the top of their contacts page.
New
If a fellow recruiter had previously asked for an intrro to a candidate, but has been declined either by the employee or the recruiter, you will be able to track these responses and identity these candidates easily.

Intrro has now added a new icon on the candidate’s avatar to indicate if they have previously been contacted.
New
Employees are now able to find their contacts by using either of the 3 parameters below:
- Name
- Company name
- Job title
Intrro returns results even if their search queries are partially filled in, and will accurately surface the matching contacts almost immediately.
Improved
When your employees signup to Intrro, they will be prompted to import their LinkedIn contact book.
At this stage, they identify who from their network are A-players who they'd like to work with in the future and mark them as stars.

There is no maximum cap on the number of stars they can signal, so we highly encourage employees to mark as many as possible.
Intrro automatically pulls up more contacts as they scroll towards the bottom of the page to sustain the employee's momentum in identifying star talents.
New
After employees mark A-players from their network as stars, they then proceeds to:
- Pointing out who they can introduce you to, over email.
- Contacts they recommend you reach out to directly

These candidates are then surfaced under the "Referrals" page for recruiters to approve and request intrros.
New
All referrals signaled by your employees are surfaced on “Referrals” page, and you can evaluate each candidate prior to requesting an intrro.

Referrals on Intrro are classified into 3 tiers:
- Email Introduction - on your request, the employee promptly contacts the candidates via email and copies the recruitment team into the thread.
- Warm Prospect - where the employee prefer the recruiter to reach out to the candidate, but are happy to mention their name in the email to induce a response
- Cold Prospect - where the employee recommends the candidate, but the recruiters shouldn’t mention their name on the outreach email.
New
Once you’ve sent out an intrro request, your employees can proceed to getting in touch with the candidate, directly.

Employees have the liberty to choose between
- Emailing the candidate privately first to see if they’re interested and then connect you, if they are (OR)
- Directly email the candidates and copy you into the thread

Candidates are able to express their interest in 1-click and they will move to "Intrro Made" tab under your To-Do page, if they accept.

Note that Intrro will automatically follow up with accepted candidates via email on your behalf, to open a direct dialogue with the candidate.
New
As a recruiter, you can narrow down your attention automatically towards your highest priority roles you’re actively recruiting for.
During your onboarding process, you will be prompted to set this up and any referrals signaled by your employees will be customized to fit your current priorities.

You may modify these preferences at any time from your Personal Settings page.
New
You will receive accurate talent matches against each of the active jobs assigned to you by narrowing down on skill sets the role requires.
Intrro will then use your target persona as the parameter and use its matching engine to surface the most relevant talents from your employee networks.

It also leverages the newly integrated similarity model powered by the world's most advanced neural network GPT-3, to suggest talents who are equipped with related skills, defined in your talent persona.
Each skill identified for a candidate is verified using public libraries like LinkedIn, Stackoverflow, Github and many more.

Intrro then prioritizes talents that have already been marked as stars, by your employees to account for your team's direct feedback.
New
Intrro enables you to directly invite your employees to sync their network, and builds transparency by sending an email on your behalf.
You can go to the Settings page, where you will find the Invite Employees button.

We highly recommend you invite department heads and hiring managers first, to tap into their professional network first.
After selecting the suitable employees, click on Invite to send a personalized email to help your employees evaluate the value in referral hiring.

They can easily sign up from the link attached on the email and sync their network, after which you start receiving highly relevant matches according to the target persona you've set up for each job.
New
Referral hiring can now be activated, monitored and scaled all from 1 place - Intrro's new dashboard.
In your best interest to help make recruiting a team sport, the new dashboard can:
- Guide you on the next steps to start receiving employee referrals.
- Assign a job as priority to signal employees and start collecting referrals
- Show how many top talents each job has
- Track how many referrals you've received against each job
- See all the latest updates from across all the jobs you're working on from each department
- Edit or remove jobs from your priority list
- Archive any job that has been filled or inactive

New
When you find a suitable match on any of your active jobs, you can now directly request your employees from your own Slack profile.
It makes the process easier for the employee in case they have any follow up questions for you.
And increases the response rate for your referral requests.

New
As soon as you import jobs from your ATS, you can assign the jobs you're actively working on.
Assigning a job to yourself, gives your employees visibility into which roles you need referrals for.
Recruiters can also now collaborate on any jobs together and can have multiple recruiters assigned to a single job.
This enables you to receive the following updates on each job:
- A new referral / lead has been submitted
- Your employee has starred a talent who is a match for this role
- New matches aggregated from your employees' wider network.

New
All account owners and recruiters can now see real-time updates on:
- Recent activity on a referral or lead request you submitted
- Your employees signaling top talents as stars from their network
- Any new employee from your team who has joined.
- Updates from a job you're collaborating with another recruiter on

New
Once you've sold your employees on signing up to Intrro and connecting their LinkedIn network - leave the rest of the process up to us.
You can now start receiving matches for your active jobs in under 2 minutes.
However, this may vary if the employee has over 2000 connections.
If your team need a reminder on how to import their network into Intrro, here are the steps:
- Download Intrro's Chrome extension
- Open LinkedIn
- Click on the extension and toggle the button to activate sync.

Improved
If you're wondering how often we update the information we collect on your employee's network - it's now, each quarter.
Intrro will now periodically verify if your candidates have changed their job, or recently got promoted, among other variables to surface the most promising candidates.
This helps you:
- See latest job title of all candidates
- Track updated work and education history to determine the suitability against each job, without switching to LinkedIn
- Increase in the number of matches for your active jobs under each department
