Failed to import jobs, how to resolve it?

You will be notified on your registered email, if Intrro has failed to import your active jobs from the ATS you’ve selected.


You can follow the below steps to successfully import the jobs:

1 - Navigate to your Dashboard from the top navigation bar on the platform


2 - Click on Import Jobs from the ATS on the onboarding checklist


3 - Select the ATS you’re using, and double-check if your public job URL is active


4 - Click on Import to proceed.
